Paid for cash and havent received

I have emailed the makers of this game several times with no response from them so far!!!
I paid for the monthly subscription to receive 23 cash at first then 3 free every day. For the past week and a half I havent received any of my free ones.
I wouldnt spend any money on this game until they fix their glitches
